Relating To Controlled Substances.

Abstract

Requires a health care professional or pharmacist who dispenses any opioid drug to include with the drug instructions for disposing of any unused portion, along with a pre-addressed envelope or package that can be used to mail any unused portion to a medication disposal program in the State at no cost to the person to whom the drug was dispensed.
